 now here's the secret to creating the purrrfect cat eye...

▴ before even applying the eyeliner, use an eyeshadow primer ▴
{this will give your liner something to stick to, insuring that it won't shift, smudge, or move throughout the day.}
▴ use a waterproof eyeliner ▴
 ▴ get a perfect winged tip by cleaning up your edges with a concealer brush and makeup remover ▴
▴ apply a SMALL amount of matte black eyeshadow on your lower lash line ▴
{this will give the appearance of thicker, fuller lower lashes}
