i'm absolutely, positively purple obsessed.

so of course, 

i had no choice but to use a purple lipstick in my MOTD.

every makeup line sells their version of purple lipstick,

so you can virtually find it anywhere!

but i decided to use Up The Amp by MAC.

because,

well...

it's fun,

it's bold,

and it's still affordable!

 during these drab winter months,

it's always fun to have a 'pick me up' lipstick.

i would suggest a funky fresh purple shade to help you go from drab to FAB!
